1. Acceptance

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed as listed on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is granted. We may suspend or cancel for unpaid invoices or chargebacks.

4. Content & Exams

• License to you: We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access learning materials and exam features for your personal educational use, in accordance with your plan.
• Your content: You retain rights to content you upload, and grant us a license to host, process, and display it to operate the Service.
• No unlawful use: Do not upload infringing, harmful, or illegal content.

5. Acceptable Use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, circumvention of paywalls, or automated abuse.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the Service.
• No sharing of paid materials outside permitted use or reselling accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, software, and data are protected by IP laws. Except as explicitly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Practice exams and analytics are educational tools and do not guarantee licensure outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSC Reviewers and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal/compliance reasons.

11. Changes to the Service/Terms

We may update or discontinue features, and we may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
