A. Educational Eligibility
To be eligible for the licensure examination, candidates must meet the educational requirements set by the licensing board or governing body. - Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) - For teachers in elementary grade
- A bachelor's degree in education or its equivalent with a major and minor and the degrees which shall be considered equivalent; must have to take at least 18 units in Professional Education, or a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences with at least ten units in professional education - For teachers in secondary grade
B. Transcript of Records
A Transcript of Records (TOR) is a vital document that provides a comprehensive record of your academic performance and the courses you have completed. As part of the application process, you will need to secure an official TOR from your educational institution. Ensure that the TOR is properly authenticated and contains all the necessary information required by the licensing board.

C. Original and Clear Copy of PSA Birth certificate and Original and Clear Copy of PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
Submitting an original and clear copy of the PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) birth certificate is a crucial requirement for applicants in the licensure examination. This document serves as proof of the candidate's identity and validates their eligibility to take the exam. It ensures that the candidate's personal details, such as name and date of birth, are accurately recorded. Additionally, for married female applicants, the submission of the original and clear copy of the PSA marriage certificate is also required. There would an examination fee of 900 pesos.

F. Passport-Sized Photos:
Prepare a set of recent passport-sized photos according to the specifications provided by the licensing board. H. Original NOA of previous exam (for repeaters only)
NOA or Notice of admission is only required if you are to repeat the exam. Show this during the application period.
