The examination fee is Php 600.00 plus an additional Php 80.00 as a service fee for digital information (photo, signature, and biometric fingerprints).

1. Go to the CSC-COMEX website and click the “Sign Up Now” button to create an account. Note: if it says Your connection is not private, just click advance and click proceed.

2. Fill out the necessary information like username, password, email address and birth date then click next.

3. Once you have successfully logged in, proceed with completing the required information, which includes personal details, educational background, employment history, and any other necessary information. Note: They collect a lot of information here so better read their terms and conditions.

4. Go to your email address and click the activation link to activate and verify your account. If you cannot find the email in your inbox check the the email in the spam folder.

5. After activating your account, log in to the COMEX website. From there, navigate to the "Examination Schedules" section. Click on it to access the available examination slots. Reserve your desired examination slot by following the provided instructions.

6. Print out the slot reservation confirmation that has been sent to your email and bring it on the day of the examination.

7. You are required to personally appear at the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for the preliminary procedures and confirmation of your reserved slot. During this stage, you will need to pay the necessary fees and undergo verification of your identity as an applicant. It is important to be present in person to ensure a smooth and successful process.
