How to Register to LTO Portal in 2023

The Philippines' Land Transportation Office (LTO) has introduced its online portal, making it easier for citizens to access various services. Follow this step-by-step guide to register on the LTO Portal in 2023 and conveniently avail its online services.

1. Visit the LTO Portal

Access the portal by either searching for it or directly entering the URL: https://portal.lto.gov.ph/. You will see a page similar to the picture below. Click on "REGISTER NOW" to proceed.

2. Read the Terms of Agreement

Thoroughly review the terms and conditions governing the usage of the LTO Portal. Once you have familiarized yourself with the terms and agreements, check the designated checkbox to indicate your acceptance and proceed to enter the security code. After inputting the security code, click the "Next" button to proceed.

3. Registration

Click on "Enroll as an Individual."

4. Details

Click "Yes" if you have an existing license, and "No" if you don't have it yet. Then click "Next."

5. Create Account

Provide the required information accurately on the registration page, including your full name, email address, contact number, and any other specified details. Double-check the information to avoid errors. Then click "Create Account."

6. Account Activation

After submitting your registration, the LTO Portal will send a verification email to the address you provided. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions in the email from LTO to complete your registration. Verify your account within 24 hours to avoid deletion.

7. Creation of Password and Complete Your Personal Information

Follow the steps provided in the email to finish creating your LTO Portal account.

8. Log in to Your LTO Portal Account

After activating your account, return to the LTO Portal website. On the homepage, find the login section and enter your username and password. Click the "Login" button to access your LTO Portal account.
