Follow this step-by-step guide to register on the LTO Portal in 2023 and conveniently avail its online services.
Access the portal by either searching for it or directly entering the URL: https://portal.lto.gov.ph/. You will see a page similar to the picture below. Click on "REGISTER NOW" to proceed.
Thoroughly review the terms and conditions governing the usage of the LTO Portal. Once you have familiarized yourself with the terms and agreements, check the designated checkbox to indicate your acceptance and proceed to enter the security code. After inputting the security code, click the "Next" button to proceed.
Click on "Enroll as an Individual."
Click "Yes" if you have an existing license, and "No" if you don't have it yet. Then click "Next."
Provide the required information accurately on the registration page, including your full name, email address, contact number, and any other specified details. Double-check the information to avoid errors. Then click "Create Account."
After submitting your registration, the LTO Portal will send a verification email to the address you provided. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions in the email from LTO to complete your registration. Verify your account within 24 hours to avoid deletion.

After activating your account, return to the LTO Portal website. On the homepage, find the login section and enter your username and password. Click the "Login" button to access your LTO Portal account.
